VERY URGENT AND IMMEDIATE NEED Job Title : QA Tester Location : Atlanta, GA Duration : 06-12 Months Contracts Interview : Skype / Phone Start Date : ASAP Candidates MUST come from a development background and understand the SDLC. Experience with either UNIX scripting or coding experience is required. They must also have long term projects and not worked on short term assignments during their career. Sr. Technical QA Test Engineer Responsibilities: This is not a PMO or 'checklist' type position. The resource for this position will actually be performing real testing duties such as the below: - understand all applications, sub applications, process flows, data flows - create data and process flows as necessary - understand all data needs - find, create, and update needed test data that meets all testing needs - write valid, repeatable and comprehensive test cases based upon requirements, designs, analysis, conversations, user stories, .... - log defects and retest - communicate testing status - participate in conference calls, meeting, and working sessions - estimate task durations and completion dates - meeting project deliverable dates Qualifications: Above all, resource must believe in and demonstrate the concept of 'Team'. This resource must fit within our team dynamic, must work well within our team and with our team members, and must contribute to the flexibility and synergy of our team because a team working as a unit and moving in the same direction can accomplish so much more than an individual.
