Job Responsibilities: • Ability to Lead and Delegate a large development team • Responsible for implementing and enforcing development standards and best practices/guidelines across the team • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Able to field questions and support the full development team on both technical and personal level • Strong communication skills on both the business and technical sides of the project. • Responsible for interfacing across the program between PMO, Project Managers, Business analysts, Quality analysts and the Development team. • Responsible for pragmatically yet tactfully keeping momentum to help drive deliverables and keep initiatives on track, while adhering to company policy • Ability to work in a matrixed team environment with distributed responsibility across different teams • Ability to work and deliver in a very high paced environment with limited information at times to support business needs • Strong SQL analytic and troubleshooting skills with proficiency especially in SQL Server and Teradata, good to have proficiency in other databases as well. • Strong knowledge of Deployment Processes, Change Control, Tivoli Workload Scheduling. For internal candidates , expected to have knowledge of Health Care Company specific processes • Proficient in creating ETL design for integration of new/modified data streams into the data warehouse/data marts • Ability to perform Platform hardware sizing / estimation of work for new initiatives • Proficiency in Performance tuning of ETL processes • Well versed with Automation tools like Tivoli Maestro • Well Versed with Data profiling and analysis of structured and unstructured data • Experience and knowledge of Cisco Data Virtualization Suite • Experience and knowledge of various Reporting Tools , especially SSRS and Cognos • Experienced in working with sensitive/de-identified data environments • Experience in working with encrypted and secure data transfers Required Skills Technical • 10+ years Overall IT Experience • 10+ years ETL Architecture experience, with emphasis on SQL Server and SSIS • 10+ years ETL Design/Development, both strategic and tactical. • 4+ years BI/Reporting Tools Experience • 4+ years Data Modelling Experience • Development Team/capability lead experience • .Net& Web Development knowledge and experience Software • SQL Server Suite(SSIS, SSRS), Teradata • .Net/ Web Portal • Cognos • ERWIN • ALM/QC • Cisco Data Virtualization • MS Office Suite , MS Visio Process knowledge • Experience in end to end SDLC from project inception to deployment • Experience in different project management methodologies i.e. Agile and Waterfall Domain Knowledge Healthcare Payer Domain knowledge in a data warehouse environ Thanks & Regards Ranjith Ph:(925) 973-0000 x 232(Off) Email: ranj...@allianceit.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MCMS" group.
