He is looking for someone with *LMS (Learning Management System)* experience or also called *e-learning* experience. *SAP or Java* experience is a plus. I’ve included the job description below. *Job Description: * *Qualifications:* Technical BA to work through requirements, analysis, and assist with technical design documents, use cases, working with the business and other IT areas to facilitate all phases of the project life cycle. Enough technical knowledge to work with SAP systems, Success Factors systems, and Java and other technology development teams along with HR data structures, concepts and potential understanding of relational databases will be needed. This Position will be needed primarily in Atlanta but will need to be able to do an occasional trip to alternate locations (primarily Minneapolis/St Paul offices). *Responsibilities: * Include but not limited to working with other IT areas, the business areas, and vendors to perform BA role and/or assist other tower leads or other BA's to complete all documentation, design, and testing needs.
