Duration: 6+ months *Mandatory Skills:* 6+ years of experience in Software Architecture, Design and Development using PEGA PRPC v6.1/v6.2/v6.3/7.1, Core Java, Java Script, SQL Server/Oracle, Web Services and Web Sphere *Pega PRPC development skills and should have work experience in the below areas:* · PEGA Class structure and Inheritance Hierarchies · Harness, Section, controls and HTML Rules · Flow Action and Local Action · Flow Design and Implementation · Activity, Decision controls and When Rules · Correspondence and Correspondence Fragments · PEGA Integration Services · Rule set and Rule set version creation and configurations · Creation of Product Rule, Product Patch and deployment artifacts · Access Groups, Work List and Work Baskets · Portal and Model design · Creation of Agents · Ability to interpret both technical and non-technical requirements · Understanding of major architecture design patterns and practices that support the identification and design of enterprise-wide reusable assets (e.g. Enterprise Service Bus, Service Registry, etc.) · Should have designed, implemented BPM Workflow and well versed in BPM Concepts · Have understanding of Risk Management, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, IT Security Architecture, and IT Regulatory Compliance · Excellent communication skills are required · Must have completed CSA/CSSA Certification above 5.3 Version *Role Responsibilities:* · Provide PEGA technical leadership and direction in analyzing, designing and troubleshooting end to end application solutions on BPM Pega PRPC · Solves complex issues that cross team boundaries, and proposes recommendations to improve existing processes to avoid reoccurring incidents. · Assists in preparation of prototype and screen layout on Pega PRPC, SQL Server/Oracle · Recommends database and middleware improvements to stabilize and enhance application environments. · Coordination with cross team for application integration and deployment. Also should have experience in Onshore/Offshore Module execution · Conducting training and knowledge sharing session on BPM Pega tool among the team · Co-ordination with offshore team members on daily basis to resolve the issues and clarification and providing development status update · Understands customer lines of business / components and recommends innovative approaches to meeting business requirements and solution design BPM Pega. · Reviews code, coaches and mentors the development team on coding standards, design patterns, best practices and advanced technical approaches to improve and stabilize the application environments. · Provides deep subject matter expertise, advice and program delivery and technical guidance to the team. · Develops innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis that improve business performance and contribute to corporate goals and strategic intent -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MCMS" group.
