*Skills Must Have,*
*    7+ *years of relevant software *QA technical experience* coupled with
experience *developing testing scenario*s using requirements and design
documents
    Have at least *2+ years of experience using software quality assurance
testing tools (IBM Rational TUP toolsets)*
    Computer skills and knowledge of hardware & software required.
    Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation
applications.
    Experience or familiarity with the *Medical Device/Life Sciences
Industry preferred.*
    Possesses and displays excellent verbal and written communication
skills with ability to convey information to internal and external
customers in a clear, focused and concise manner.
    Ability to effectively communicate with individuals from various
countries and vastly different cultures
    Ability to function effectively in a complex rapidly changing
environment
    Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and work effectively
with minimal supervision in a team environment
    Ability to work non-traditional business hours in support of IT
operations;
    Willingness and ability to learn on the job and explore new technologies

*The Responsibilities:*

    Analyze requirements, design and execute test plans in a fast paced
environment.
    Drafts, revises and approves test strategies, test plans and scripts to
ensure alignment with standards and IT strategy
    Conducts a wide range of quality control tests and analyses to ensure
that software meets specified standards and end-user requirements
    Ensures that system tests are successfully completed and documented and
all problems are resolved
    Acknowledge the importance of customers by listening to, understanding,
and anticipating their needs, giving high priority to customer satisfaction
    Follow applicable security and change management processes
    Performs other duties as assigned by management
    Ability to work in the office on a regular basis
    IBM Rational Appscan experience
