POSITION : Technical Recruiter Salary : DOE (Depending on Experience)
Location : Noida, India Start : Immediate E-Aspire IT LLC is a New Jersey based IT Services and Solutions company. The company is looking for Full Time technical Recruiters to be working from Noida, India office. *Responsibilities:* - Creatively source Technical candidates online via job boards, social media and referrals. - Manage the full life cycle Recruiting process including job postings, resume sourcing, candidate phone screens and interviews, resume submittals, reference checking and offer negotiations. - Communicate directly with Hiring Managers via phone, email and in person to gather job requirements and maintain our strategic partnership. - Work with clients to generate new opportunities. · Expand client relationship portfolio *Requirements:* - 1 - 3 years of experience in recruiting with some sales experience. - Screen, Source, interview potential candidates and refer to Managers/Supervisors - Rate/Salary negotiations, reference checks - Maintains a tracking system for all recruitment activity, including metrics, resumes and interviews. - *Background in sourcing technical positions such as Business Analyst, Core Java, SAS, Oracle Db, Hadoop and related IT positions* - Past history of exceeding recruitment goals. - Knowledge of using job platform websites: Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Career Builder, Job diva etc. - Strong knowledge of MS Office applications: Outlook, Word and Excel - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment - A strong work ethic and motivation for personal success. - Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively work with hiring managers and candidates. - Staffing industry experience helpful, MSP/VMS knowledge is a plus!
