*Role – SQL Data Analyst* *Location – St. Louis, MO* *Duration: 12 month contract * *Interview Mode - Face to face* *Key skills: * SQL, Data Analyst, Agile environment *Position Objectives:* • Become the product owner’s “right-hand”. We need someone that can develop a deep understanding of the product and transform the business owner’s vision into a collection of actionable user stories. You will negotiate feature priorities with the product owner to build, groom, and prioritize the product backlog. • Serve as a liaison between the product owner and an agile software team. The Sr. IT Systems Analyst will facilitate discussions between the agile team and product owner. To be successful, you must be able to develop and maintain good relationships with all members of the agile team, communicate clearly, inspire and influence others and manage conflict. • Enjoy performing analytical work to identify necessary modifications to systems and processes in order to deliver the product. The scope of work may range from individual components to an end-to-end analysis of business or IT processes and solutions. • Harness your thought leadership. Collaborate with the software architect to review and vet the initial high-level design, providing a solid foundation for the solution. • Demonstrate the ability to work independently on moderately complex projects and systems. • Provide acceptance criteria for user stories.
