The New Museum uses TM Vista as a ticketing solution for onsite and online 
solution, it is far from perfect but has some distinct advantages over some 
competing products, membership renewal is done through a different system, and 
member info is fed into Blackbaud raiser's edge. CRM functions for online and 
internal tools are designed and maintained by the IT staff
