We haven't committed to a solution and we are still evaluating our
options, since it may become part of an enterprise solution.

We did a pilot/proof of concept with Microsoft using Microsoft Office
SharePoint Server 2007 for records management and eDiscovery.  The
system was quite nice and met the DOD 5015.2 standard.

Other vendors with good products are IBM/FileNet, EMC Documentum, CA and
Symantec.
