Additionally, the Associate Business Analyst supports the Website Technology Manager's work as the technical advisor to the Museum on Web issues. Primary Responsibilities and Duties: * Determining and documenting business requirements and functional specifications for Website enhancements * Supporting the Website Technology Manager in maintaining the standards-compliance, usability, and accessibility of the site * Developing and maintaining the Website's design and editorial standards documents, in conjunction with other Website department staff * Generally, administering to the technical needs of the Website Department * Other related duties Requirements and Qualifications Experience and Skills: * Understanding of standard technical writing required * Familiarity with standards-based Web coding required * Demonstrated ability to collaborate on Web projects in a demanding environment required * Minimum of one year work experience in Web, IT, or technical documentation roles (two years preferred) * Museum experience desired Knowledge and Education: * B.A. required * Familiarity with art historical terms desirable ************* Position Title: Online Marketing Coordinator Department: Website Reports to: Senior Manager for Business Development The Online Marketing Coordinator will report to the Senior Manager for Business Development, at the Website. The position requires attention to detail, resourcefulness, creativity and the ability to work with various web-based tools. The successful candidate will excel at setting up, testing, and deploying email and ad campaigns. This is a great opportunity for an individual with online marketing skills. The ideal candidate must be a high-energy contributor with the desire to keep up-to-date on email marketing best practices by attending webinars and conferences, and subscribing to online marketing news services.
