You can find a variety of very good CMS for a good price. The larger issue is finding the right person to implement and manage it. It seems, too many, that because its digital its going to be easy and do everything for you. And that one professionals skillset in technology will easily crossover to another. Make sure you have someone that knows how to use and has a strategy for implementing and maintaining your system PROPERLY.
