I also got the chance to try some outdoor walking tours in the STQRY app while in Seattle for AAM. It's not a web app (and nor are all the ones from the MW Mobile Bake-off), but in my experience most app developers are wrapping a mobile website anyway so it shouldn't be hard to get a web version if that's what you want. Is there WIFI throughout the route of the tour? If not, a native app might be preferable anyway.
