Hello Heather— Two other piece of information we typically collect to look at: 1) visitation rates during the time the analytics were collected, so that we can calculate pick-up rate, and 2) amount of publicity the app was given, as awareness of the app varies so extensively and is the prime determinant in pick-up rate.
