Thomas, I developed a site for a non-profit some time back using www.ipowerweb.com, and found them to be superb. Very responsive to inquiries and troubleshooting. Also, they give you a 30 day money back guarantee, so if you just want to try them out, you are not locked into a contract. Their control panel (where you manage your web space) is very intuitive and easy to use, and live web statistics are also available, as are database options, CGI support, SSI, etc. May not mean much to you, but if you run a dynamic site (Mambo for example) it makes the management much easier, and let you expand on the fly with shopping cart(s) or dynamic image galleries (Menalto's Gallery for example).
