Hi all,

We are trying to do some bench marking on defining the success of an audio 
tour. To that end we would like to know what measures you track, how you track 
it, and what you have set as a goal.

Examples might be:
What percentage of exhibition ticket holders take a device
The number of times a track was accessed
What percentage of a track was listened to
The retention of a listener from track to track 

Please note that we are interested in goals that you set for devices checked 
out at the museum and please note if you charge a fee for the tour.
