Greetings! Ford's Theatre is launching their new website later this year and we are interested in submitting a proposal to Museums and the Web to discuss our process. We are looking for any museums who have undergone a similar process that might be interested in joining our panel.
I should mention that our redesign was not a simple "facelift". We recently created a digital strategy and one of our first initiatives was to create a better online experience for our visitors, which include a new CRM integration. In addition, we created completely new content and went through a sort of online interpretive plan. If you are interested in joining our panel please send me an email.
