We're also using WordPress and I know there's an update waiting so not the latest version. We had a user-contributed project running on self-hosted Omeka, but that's disabled for the foreseeable future (volunteer running it got a new job and is too busy). There are a few Omeka exhibits in development.
I do the posting. There is one person who has permissions to submit drafts, but I touch up formatting and edit before they are published.
