We have about 300 that we give out to visitors and student groups. We hold onto a picture id during use. Its been a smooth process with little bumps. The only work is equipment maintenance and overnight storage and charging.

Basically following the same model as Douglas, which works pretty well. I think is pretty similar to the Met, Whitney and others. Stay tuned. FYI: smaller sample tests have gone very well. We ask to hold a photo ID until the device is returned. Lots of details and logistics, and we can share that story as this grand experiment continues. - Douglas On Fri, Oct 28, 2016 at 11:42 AM, Sweeting III, Floyd <sweet...@frick.org> wrote: > Do any of you loan out ipods or other devices to visitors who wish to > use your app but do not have smartphones? > > If so, how does it all work from a practical standpoint?
