Greetings! Has any Matterport users ever experienced images disappearing on their Matterport tours? And by "disappearing"- I mean that when you are viewing the final tour and you hover over the mattertag, the UI only displays a narrow black rectangle.
Some further information: * We have consulted with their customer service, and they decided that this wasn't a priority to debug * The images are in a publicly accessible hosting site. We have not touched or altered the links in any way * The links still work in other applications, just not in Matterport * The image files are JPEGs * We are using Flickr as the workaround but I don't love the solution because you can't view a larger image in the little pop up. * It feels like it broke overnight. * It's not all images, it's just some images. Would appreciate any wisdom or other workarounds.
