Not really. Just use a "." within folder names to retain a hierachy:

>    +Greenpeace
>         +Canada
>         +Germany
>         +USA
>    +Save-the-rain-forest
>    +Renewable-Energy

Environment.Greenpeace.Canada
Environment.Greenpeace.Germany
Environment.Greenpeace.USA

etc. Hm, I thought this was documented? :)

Yes, I will probably have to add this.

The "new item in folded tree" issue currently isn't solved properly 
for threads either. Marking the folded thread in a new color is 
probably a good idea.
