Hi!
Don't bother to answer ;-). I just found it out. It may be of help
for others who don't read a manual like me:
Select first message, press CTRL, select last message... oh this could
have saved me some quarter of an hour ;-)

Hi!
I started making archive folders as on my 68040/40 Amiga opening the
window of a folder with some 6000 messages in it tend to get quite slow.
Thus I create a new archive folder for this folder and move old mails to
it.
But selecting some 3000 of messages is a quite time-consuming job. The
only way I found it clicking left mouse on the first message and then
dragging for ages. I would like to select the first message and the last
message and there it goes. Any way to implement this?
