ok, ok, it was my own failure (i`m a
stupid,stupid,stupid,stupid,stupid,...)
oh, ah, ok: i forgot that i made a backup of my WB-partition to a cd.
(sure, included the envarc: dir), after taking it back to the hd, the
whole stuff was write-/delete-protected (that`s normal...) even the
copys from envarc: to env: so it couldn`t be deleted and no new
settings are used. ok, its fixed again, the problem is, normal progs
complain about that, the mui-routines doesn`t.
