Almost certainly, I'm not familiar with WorldClient 1.1, it's web
based isn't it? I'd ask your system admin or postmaster about the
problem. Can you send .zip files and .exe files ok?

When you open the message what is the size of the attachment according
to the 2nd column in the top right hand of the message window where it
says part1, part2 etc. If it's 0 there I would suggest either your
client isn't attaching the files or that your server is stripping the
attachment.
