Yeah that stuff in MD-II is quite weird. The one that really got me
was sending messages to Store while off-line, and then finding that
they could not be sent without being opened and edited again. Also ,
if you go off-line after MD-II is opened, Send does not change to
Queue. You have to Send and let MD-II complain about not being able to
send. Then they can be sent next time you connect. It seems natural
to me now, but it caused a lot of tearing of hair when I first got
MD-II
