One is an ISP server, news.ic24.net, and on further investigation did indeed
appear to be dead (wouldn't work in AWeb either). The other one is a
public (free) server which requires authentication in order to post. I can
read ok, but can't post. This one works with no problems in AWeb. It may
just be that the authentication for this server is slightly different from
others, and is confusing MD2? I've reported it as a bug now anyway, so
they can have a play with it and see what the problem is.
