Try Menu - 'Settings' - then tick 'Single Window', and un-tick 'Seperate
folder list window'.

Next time you write an E-mail , in the 'New message' window, bring the 'PGP
& Specials' page to the front, and un-tick the 'Copy self' checkbox.
