Yes, viewing is one thing, saving them out is another.

> If so, why the script?

If you have an amount of mail or news, each with one or more attachments,
in MD-II, you have to repeat a number actions, 'Save - OK - Next' and so on
for each attachment. What this scripts is meant to do, when it's working, is
make the saving of attachments quicker.

Sorry you've had problems.

That useally happends only if it is unable to find the Uudecode command.

It was the just the one I had to hand at the time. :-)

I found 'base64decode' and appears to be intolerant and kept giving me
errors; 'No filename found in MIME header', when the 'Undecode' gave no
problems what so ever.

I have it as a button on my message list window, with the 'Action' line:
WB:S/rexx/UudecodeAttach.rx

I just tried this version from shell:
 rx WB:S/rexx/UudecodeAttach.rx 17
and it worked fine, all attachments saved to the 'RAM:'.

I don't think I've ever tried it from Microdots ARexx drawer. It is unlikely
to work from Microdots menu.

I think it's got word wrapped.

This version had handled some 20MB of attachments before it was posted.

Hello All

I appear to have run into a word wrap problem. If I save out the whole mail
to 'RAM:', and then load the text into my editor, the lines of script have
been wrapped. Whereas if I only save out part one of the file, the script is
fine. I don't know how 'YAM' handles word wrapping, and one of you is using
Microsoft Outlook Express, and I don't know what that does by default.

I'm disappointed that it has caused you such problems.
