Oh that is nasty. It sounds like yet another bug in MD-II. The program
is about 85% excellent, but it really is quite unfinished.

I'm pretty sure it's reading an ENV which Genesis sets. It looks as if
it's USER and/or LOGNAME. See if you have either in ENV-Archive, and if you
don't, then set one or both and see what MD-II does.
