Ok, I finally got that in a requester, and was able to get the newly
imported YAM mailing list to work on both machines.  That was exactly the
problem.  Actually problems with 3.9 have been minimal and the speed
increase alone has been worth it.  The only slowdown is in loading
windows, and that is the newIcons, as ones with only MWB icons load as
fast as ever.  Program execution has been optimal with everything.
