A major issue that doesn't allow me to use it is the broken
UIDL.history, like all (release) versions past 1.2 it only adds
several empty lines to the UIDL.history file instead of the actual
unique-id.
Thus it also downloads all messages on the server again and again if
one doesn't delete them on server.
