Sounds similar to a problem I experience regularly. For me, it appears
to be anything with more than a handful of addresses in the CC:
line. You get a recoverable (yellow) alert, then it gurus, and that's
it... bang. :-(
I've also had a couple of newsgroup messages cause problems recently -
I open them to read the message, the free memory begins to disappear
gradually until there's nothing left... then a guru.
