_nospam_ insertions a not a quite good idea, as your e-mail adress may
be corrupt. Better use a freemailer account you rarely look at as your
"trashcan". ;-)

In latest �eta (1.4.15) you can set individual 'From:' and 'Reply-To:'
adresses for every group/folder (and while editing a message). John,
did you mean this?
In group parameters, there is another one ('List Adress:') which I
suppose to be used as default 'To:' adress.
