With only two megs of video ram on my Spectrum, my chip ran never dips below 1.5 megs, something is wrong here, but I run MDII at 800x600x8, maybe that's the difference. I also have a CS MKIII with 128 megs of fast ram, and chip set to fast in the firmware menu of the card, so that could also be the difference, but I would think your two to four megs of video ram would handle it on its own. Strange.
