Sendbrowser.mdrx 2.1 (21 APR 98) by Charles Patterson. 

No longer supported, I'm afraid.  Also it does not open the browser if
you are offline.  It is the only one I have ever gotten to work for
Aweb though.  Email me personally, if you want a copy of it.  There is
also a YAM version.
