MD-II is a full featured mail *and* news client. It is very nice for
handling both mailing-lists and news-groups on your local computer.
Same interface, same look, same feel. IMHO, MD-II is the best
mailer/newsreader there is... well, except for the few lingering bugs.

That is correct.  I do not have Yam here.  Not needed in the least;
particularly so, since MD has excellent account handling.

One word: FREE.

Yam is free, MD is not Free. This interferes with some V fans using
MD as their mailer. I got the NetConnect packages (upgraded them as
they went along), because I felt the support was easier to deal with,
and that it was a great value. I wonder what the ratio is of MD users
to MD users who bought NC?

Hmmm... I wonder if Ollie/Zapek/Matt could be convinced to (at the
next pay-for upgrade of V) to sell a package deal. Not a NetConnect
clone, but a nice collection of three or four of the Vapor products..
Maybe even several "levels" Like, Basic (browser only), Silver (V and
MD-II), and Gold (V, MD, AmIRC, Xarc).

<rubs crystal ball>I see that this will have to wait until MorphOS has
a full release</rubbing>
