If you're willing to push the record button when the audio starts playing, it will work with the Sony. But the Voquette hardware part is nothing more than a fancy cable with a power tap on the keyboard connector to power the portable. You could just as well download the software from their website and use a Radio Shack or equivalent cable plus your portable's AC adapter.
