Hi, I think the right way to talk about the Sony portables' End Search problem is to say that Sony units have "Manual End Search", while all other makers offer "Automatic End Search". Now, how long do you suppose Sony would like to be seen as failing to provide an automatic convenience for their users? No takers for starting a "Drop the Manual End Search!" petition to Sony?
