Has anyone ordered from www.E-S-M.com ? They don't seem to be responding after they requested credit card information. They sent me numberous e-mails at odd hours (early am and late PM), first one was telling me they could only send to my billing address, 2nd was confirmation to go thru with the order, and 3rd was for me to re-request my credit card information. Supposedly they couldn't make out the credit card # on the fax I sent them. I re-sent the credit card info via email which they said was okay (November 4, Thursday) and now its November 8 almost the 9th and still no response from e-s-m after i sent in the request for my credit card. I sent another e-mail asking what was going on with my order earlier today (monday), I'll see if they respond tomarrow. If they dont answer by wendsday, I will have to cancell my order with them. Also, they don't have any phone number on their webpage just the fax number to send your order in. No online ordering! Well if you have any past experences with them good or bad I would like to know, also if you have any way i can contact them (phone number?) please e-mail it to me personally [EMAIL PROTECTED] .
