as has been mentioned in the last month or so jb hifi has a wide range of
blank mds at reasonable prices(for australia...).
anyway what i got recently at jb hifi in Paramatta, Sydney: (currently $1AUD
= $0.63USD)
jvc md74 crystal $4
maxell colour 74 $5 (dont think i would buy again because of the plastic
shutter)
basf colour maxima $5.50
(of course they were all slightly cheaper in packs of 5)
sony 3pack 74 with 'step up' case(holds 6) $12.60 (also had 5pack with the
same case for $22! so its cheaper per md with the 3 pack)
they also had:(i think these were the prices but i cant quite remember...)
tdk colour $5.50
sony prism 80 $9.50
sony 5pack 74 $23
jvc md74 5 pack with case(holds 10) $20
i also saw at 'downtown duty free' in strand arcade(between pitt st mall and
george st, city)
sony 74es for $9 each(or $8 duty free)
has anybody found any cheaper than this in australia? where?
