"Argos" (catalogue shop) in the UK have packs of five Maxell 80 min MD for 9.99 (UKpounds) Not the best price i'm sure, but fairly good for a "high street" retailer. On another note. Digital I/O It might be of interest to some. A company called "RME" (www.rme-audio.de) do a nice range of "Pro" digital audio I/O cards. (Cheapest is 200UKPounds) 16/20/24 bit res. 32 to 96KHZ sample rates. Consumer & pro format with both optical & coax in and out. Also come with a nice piece of software called "Digicheck" which will give you various info regarding the digital audio information. The Drivers/card/software seem pritty bullet proof..... (on win98). Not a cheap digital solution by any means, but a very good serious digital audio I/O.
