MD: NI-MH has no memory effect?

Hi!
I 've just read some kind of statement about NI-CD and Ni-MH rechargeable
batteries.
Is it true that Ni-Mh has no memory effect?
I own the MZR 55 with a very short time so I am very interested in the
subject!
Is there some web sites dealing with rechargeable memory problems?
