MD: SoundBlaster Live Platinum

The top version of the SoundBlaster series has an optical output so I have
been
able to record various audio formats such as MP3 to my Sony MZ-R55 MD
recorder,
using the Creative's MiniDisc Center software.

However this doesn't appear to record the disc or track titles. Is there any
software that
will allow me to do this ?
