MD: MD cases for MDs withut their own slip case

Has anyone any idea where to get a case to store 10-15 MDs without
their own slip case?

Such a case would be ideal to install somewhere in a car, so I don't have
to hassle with finding a MD, then taking the whole thing out of a case and
then again taking the MD out of it's slip case and then storing the slip
case somewhere...
