Thanks Mas Hadi, ternyata WinXP Firewall di exceptionnya mesti di kasih
port 587 berhasil deh di telnet

coba membantu,
telnet mailserver anda dengan port 587
kalo ga bisa,
disable dulu semua firewall baik client maupun server.
lalu test telnet lagi.
