ping ke web lain luar atau iix bisa ping kemana saja

Setelah dicek ternyata di mailserver tidak bisa ke web-web antivirus,
seperti kaspesrky, mcaffe, avg ( sebgaian besar antivirus )
tapi ke web yg lain bisa, apakah mail server sy kena virus ?
