Selamat Siang Mdaemon Support
Pak/Ibu bisa tolong dibantu untuk permasalah Mdaemon Authentication. Sebelum nya kami masih menggunakan Mdaemon V8.1.3 semua berjalan, dan baru kemarin kami mengupgrade menjadi Versi 9.6.5 Diversi yang baru ini kami memiliki permasalah dengan Authentication, dimana user yang ada di luar LAN (menggunakan dial-up connection) tidak bisa menerima email. Dan setelah di check ternyata setingan di microsft outlook nya, "My Outgoing Server (SMTP) requires authentication" tidak di aktifkan. Melihat dari settingan Mdaemon sebelum upgrade dan sesudah upgrade untuk security - site usage policy - SMTP Authentication masih sama.
