Tidak bisa didownload atau saat download time out terus? Kalau time out terus, coba disable real time scanning for mail di antivirus desktop PC tersebut. Kalau masih tidak berhasil, coba cari/periksa ke pop3 log untuk melihat error persisnya apa saat user tersebut download mail dari pop3 server. --- Pak Syafril, Realtime scanning antivirus sdh di disable, masih tetap seperti itu.
