Pak Syafril, Ada kasus di salah satu pengguna BB di kantor kami, dimana dia tidak bisa terima email dari BB (kirim tetap bisa), tetapi anehnya ini terjadi pada range jam tertentu saja 9AM-4PM, di luar range jam tersebut email kembali normal.
Saya perhatikan di log Md BIS, setiap ada email ke account tersebut MD berhasil mengirim notifikasi 'NEW MAIL' ke RIM.
