Klo untuk scenario diatas menurut saya kemungkinannya kecil terjadi pak, karena email yang mengandung attachment adalah email yang pertama, dikirim ke alamat email (forward) yang salah (email internal), dan kemudian dia forward lagi email yang sama ke email (external) tanpa attachment, akan tetapi di imap folder sent email yang di forward ke external justru mengandung attachment.
