Salah satu user kami tidak menerima email dari sender akan tetapi user yang lain dapat menerima dengan baik dan sendernya sama csb...@ganindo.com. Setelah saya trace saya dapatkan log sbb. Apakah yang menyebakan hal tersebut kenapa ada yang terima ada yang tidak ? Kenapa smtp server yang digunakan sender koq bisa berbeda-beda, ? Apakah masalah ini berasal dari ISP yang digunakan sender karena saya cek IP 202.162.195.98 memiliki reputasi yang buruk di baracuda ? . Log SMTP IN - to Jenifer@ .
